We provide real estate brokerage services, property management coordination, and home maintenance updates (including HVAC, plumbing, and construction notifications). We use SMS to send you property information, market updates, appointment reminders, and follow-ups to your inquiries made via our social media (ManyChat), website, or 3rd party portals.
2. User Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile number and checking the opt-in box on our website, or by texting/commenting a keyword to our social media accounts, you provide express written consent to receive automated and personalized marketing and informational text messages from us.
* Consent is not a condition of purchase or any real estate transaction.
* You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Message Frequency and Rates
* Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, typically not exceeding 4 messages per month.
* Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. We are not responsible for any charges incurred.
4. Opt-Out & Support

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

6. State Disclosures (AL & GA)
As a licensed Real Estate Broker in Alabama and Georgia, our communications are subject to the Real Estate Consumers Agency and Disclosure Act (RECAD) in Alabama and the Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act (BRRETA) in Georgia. Receiving a text message does not establish an agency relationship. Agency is only established via a separate, written bilateral agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
We and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
